Last week I am so pleased to have found time to go up to Pentreath & Hall and see their latest pop up shop - S Series Handprinted tiles by Balineum.
Beautifully made handpainted tiles, beautifully presented in a tiny space in Bloomsbury. I have completely fallen in love with the whole collection and it was a bonus to meet Sarah Watson the founder of Balineum and the hugely talented illustrator Robin Lucas. They spent a wonderful amount of time and patience going through the collection and the endless possibilities. My head is whirring with ideas and designs but to begin with I am to replace my rather soulless glass splash back in my kitchen with a wonderful mixture of the blue and white tiles - I am so excited to go to Sarah's studio and choose them at my leisure.
