Workshop: Hand Painting Lampshades with Alvaro Picardo in Chelsea, 27th November 2024

Join us for an immersive day-long workshop to master the art of hand-painting a lampshade, guided by the exceptionally talented Alvaro Picardo @by.alvaro.picardo

The event will be hosted at the inspiring studio of Julia, Collins and Green Art in Chelsea, London @collinsandgreenart

Throughout the day, Alvaro will lead you through the entire process of hand-painting a lampshade, sharing expert techniques and tips to help you create a unique piece*. Midway through the workshop, we'll pause for a delicious lunch cooked by Sophie of Edible Food Design, giving you a chance to relax and recharge.

After lunch, you'll have time to complete your lampshade and engage in a Q&A session with Alvaro, where you can seek advice and insights from his extensive experience.

This course is suitable for all levels with no experience necessary.

*Alvaro will have lampshades available for painting at £25 each, or feel free to bring an old lampshade to recycle and give it a new look...

Please note the maximum number of spaces available is 8 so that Alvaro can give everyone plenty of his time.
